Entramos al último mes del año y con ello vienen todos los cierres de los temas que vencen este 2021 y prepararnos para comenzar con nuevos retos y compromisos para el 2022.
Aún cuando la pandemia parece que nos continuará acompañando en un nuevo inicio del año, por lo que debemos seguirnos cuidando mientras nos adaptamos a vivir lo mejor posible en esta nueva normalidad, en términos generales afortunadamente observamos un mayor espíritu de fe y esperanza de que todo estará mejor.
Por ello siempre en estas fechas, justo iniciando diciembre, vamos cerrando en gratitud todo lo que nos ha traído el año en curso, en algunos temas con rituales muy emotivos, en otros más simplemente dando vuelta a la página y en unos pocos solamente poniendo punto final a los reportes que debemos emitir para ponernos al corriente y en orden antes del 31 de este mes.
Como para los contadores implica cierre de año, así para las personas nos parece muy sano realizar los balances y los saldos emocionales, materiales y de todo lo vivido en este ciclo, sin tener que esperar a los días 30 o 31 para hacerlo.
Aunque aún le queda un mes al calendario, vale pa pena que en paralelo a nuestras actividades diarias, vayamos haciendo nuestros balances y demos gracias por todo lo vivido y recibido, incluyendo las bendiciones que llegaron en forma de posibles conflictos o crisis que nos hicieron reaccionar y movernos de dónde estábamos.
Cómo lo hemos expresado en innumerables ocasiones, la gratitud nos conecta con la energía positiva, por lo que, continuar dando gracias cada día por alguna situación que valga la pena reconocerle a este año, nos hará cambiar nuestra forma de ver el entorno y nos pondrá en una mejor situación anímica para cerrar el año y prepararnos para recibir el 2022, llenos de nuevas intenciones.
Una forma de abonar a este mes de agradecimientos, que nosotros comenzamos cuando faltaban 40 días para terminar el 2021, es que tengamos unas festividades en armonía, en paz, con alegría y sin excesos.
Recordemos que las fiestas y la temporada es un factor de riesgo para el consumo abusivo de alcohol y drogas, así como de otras conductas adictivas, con sus respectivas consecuencias, por lo que vale más cuidarnos, prevenir y no lamentar.
