Una de las múltiples maravillas de las que he podido ser testigo en los procesos terapéuticos es la posibilidad de que la persona sane sus temas ancestrales, quiebre la cadena generacional y rompa los patrones que afectaron la vida de su familia en el pasado.
Superar generaciones de alcoholismo o adicción, elegir no hacer del divorcio algo común como sus padres o abuelos, aprender a relacionarse de manera sana con la pareja y dejar atrás las luchas de poder, construir una forma funcional de utilizar las finanzas personales o familiares, son, entre otras, conductas que pueden ser superadas y no tienen por qué seguirse repitiendo.
Parece sencillo, no lo es.
Hay que salirse de los clichés conscientes, así como de los inconscientes que tanto daño hacen.
“Así siempre fue en mi casa”, “así me educaron”, “eso fue lo que siempre vi en mi familia”, “ya me tocaba pues así siempre ha sido” y un montón más de frases poderosas, que actúan en contra de la persona, han sido instaladas en el sistema personal de creencias y valores.
Romper con ellas puede llevar a un profundo trabajo personal de introspección y análisis, hasta que la persona elija sustituir todas esas creencias que ya no le funcionan, por aquellas que pueden ser de apoyo en su momento actual de vida.
Salirse de la negación, admitir que hay situaciones que no imaginaban se habían enquistado en su interior más profundo, perder el miedo a destruir “alianzas” ancestrales y, la posibilidad de construir un modelo mejor y de ser resilientes, son grandes resultados de un buen proceso de crecimiento y despertar de la consciencia.
Los siempre y los nunca hay que dejarlos de lado.
En los sistemas familiares siempre suele haber al menos un miembro que juega el rol del sanador ya que, al evolucionar, mueve a los demás a tratar de hacer lo mismo y de pronto todo el grupo se da cuenta de que se pueden romper los patrones, por difíciles que pareciera.
Y así, después de sesiones muy intensas, semanas completas de trabajo personal y mucha fe, de pronto las conductas disfuncionales, tóxicas o patológicas, quedan atrás y se puede vivir en una nueva realidad que se ha construido.
