Luis Miguel: reinventarse de nuevo

Este fin de semana, por mi afición al artista, pasé varios momentos viendo videos y noticias de la nueva gira de Luis Miguel 2023 que inició en Argentina y que me dejó reflexivo por los cambios tan notorios en la imagen y actitud del cantante.

Después de cinco años de no presentarse en conciertos en México y de haber sido criticado en 2018 por su aspecto y aparente momento crítico en su vida, dejando a los espectadores esperando tiempo considerable y con puestas en  escena cuestionadas, Luis Miguel nos acaba de mostrar que siempre es posible  reinventarse de nuevo.

Cuando hace cinco años recibió fuertes juicios por su sobrepeso y lo que algunos consideraban descuido físico y una actitud distante de su público, se decía que la carrera de “El Sol” había terminado y éste desapareció de la escena pública casi por un lustro.

Incluso hubo quienes mencionaron que el artista tuvo que recurrir a las series de Netflix para recuperarse económicamente y para tratar de reivindicar su imagen con sus fans.

Más allá de los temas de su vida privada y las crisis personales que durante su carrera ha protagonizado el mexicano por adopción, en la que se habló en algunos momentos de excesos de alcohol, posible consumo de drogas y una vida por decirlo de alguna forma, libertina, de la que siempre se ha manejado con discreción y sigilo, fuera de los reflectores, Luis Miguel nos ha enseñado que, sin importar la edad o el momento de vida, siempre se puede renacer.

Con 53 años de edad, una nueva pareja con la que se dice estable y muy entusiasmado, con una figura muy esbelta de la que se dice perdió de 20 a 30 kilos y con una imagen rejuvenecida, además de la energía derrochada en el escenario, al menos en lo visto en sus dos primeras fechas en Argentina, Luis Miguel se preparó con toda su capacidad para reconciliarse con su público y resignificar su momento de vida.

Lo primero que me vino a la mente al ver las crónicas y las imágenes del artista fue la felicidad porque alguien que siempre fue un triunfador, logre sobreponerse una vez más a un tropiezo o mala racha de hace algunos años, para dar testimonio de que siempre es posible regresar al camino que lleva a la alegría de vivir.

No haré más comentarios sobre lo que el periodismo del espectáculo se encargará desde todos los enfoques y me limitaré a resaltar la condición que tenemos los seres humanos de reinventarnos cada vez que sea necesario.

Pienso en aquellos que, hablando de hacer ejercicio físico o mejorar sus hábitos de vida me responden con pretextos como la edad, la falta de tiempo o la resignación de que así les toca vivir.

Reflexiono en todos los pacientes que  acompaño por alguna adicción personal o la de algún familiar y, lo complicado que les resulta a algunos tomar la decisión de transformar sus vidas y enfocarse en los esfuerzos para lograrlo.

Recuerdo a aquellos que caen en alguna conducta obsesivo compulsiva para enfrentar la alteración en sus estados de ánimo, tratar de combatir el estrés, la ansiedad, la depresión o la falta de sentido de vida.

Por supuesto valoro mi propia historia de vida y los momentos en que me ha tocado dar testimonio de que siempre se puede ser una mejor versión y rendirse para triunfar, en mi caso, poniéndome en manos de mi Dios Altísimo.

Este artículo no se trata de Luis Miguel el artista, sino de lo que decidí tomar como ejemplo para inspirarme y motivar a quienes nos leen, de que siempre hay un momento para decidir tomar las riendas de nuestras vidas, dejar de ser víctimas de las circunstancias y convertirnos en los protagonistas de una vida feliz.

El camino a veces no es fácil pero la ruta bien andada nos puede llevar siempre a renacer como el ave Fénix y ¡todos podemos hacerlo!
