LA ALEGRÍA DE VIVIR

Agradecemos las muestras de afecto que hemos tenido desde la semana pasada en ocasión de la próxima presentación pública de nuestro proyecto “Rendirse para Triunfar: La Alegría de Vivir”, que es una continuación de un trabajo de muchos años ya que comenzó precisamente en Milenio Puebla hace más de siete años y que ha logrado ya posicionarse en diferentes espacios.

A propósito de quienes nos han preguntado si este proyecto es exclusivamente para alcohólicos, adictos o codependientes, la realidad es que si bien a ellos les puede resultar muy útil, es asimismo incluyente y completamente universal para toda persona que por cualquier motivo está buscando un cambio positivo en su vida, descubrir el poder interior y, despertar su consciencia.

Es una oportunidad para todos aquellos que han pasado por pérdidas, duelos, están viviendo o han vivido algún tipo de crisis, la que puede convertirse en una ocasión para reinventarse a su mejor versión.

Cuando adolescente, como lo narro en el libro, solía ser escéptico, rebelde, pasando por momentos de sentirme ateo o agnóstico, por lo que me caían muy mal frases como “Dios sabe porque pasan las cosas”, idea que a lo largo de las décadas fue tomando un sentido muy práctico en mi vida.

Respetuoso de credos, ideologías o religiones, el largo y sinuoso camino de la vida me fue forjando como un hombre de fe que cree en los valores universales como el amor, la esperanza y la caridad, además de estar bien consciente de que, si lo deseo, puedo encontrar oportunidades y bendiciones en todo lo que pasa alrededor, sin importar las circunstancias.

Además de mi propia historia personal, de mis estudios profesionales como especialista en adicciones, he profundizado en diversos géneros del desarrollo humano que coinciden y nos brindan herramientas para dejar de ser víctimas y convertirnos en vencedores.

Incluyendo el camino espiritual, que no tiene nada que ver con religión o legalismos dogmáticos, sino con la conexión de los seres humanos con nuestro interior y una nueva forma de ver la vida, adoptando el modelo de Poder Superior como cada quien lo conciba, sugerido por los alcohólicos anónimos, mujeres y hombres del mundo podemos llegar a tener pensamientos positivos y encontrar la luz, por oscuras que parezcan las circunstancias.

No estamos hablando de simples frases motivacionales, sino de un trabajo verdadero que puede ofrecer nuevos paradigmas, con valores y creencias que nos ayuden a aceptar las cosas como son y a buscar la alegría y la paz, sin importar el contexto que nos rodea.

Gracias a Milenio por creer en este proyecto que ahora a través del segundo libro publicado y nuevas plataformas de orientación, información y prevención, nos permite seguir aportando valor en un mundo que parece muy convulsionado.
