Así como en ocasiones suelo cuestionar lo nociva que puede llegar a ser la comunicación en redes sociales, incluyendo la mensajería instantánea en grupos de celulares, es muy gratificante saber que estas herramientas aún pueden funcionar para intercambiar reflexiones profundas, pensamientos positivos y videos muy inspiradores, dentro del cúmulo de basura que circula por estas vías.

Además de grupos muy buenos como nuestra plataforma digital “La Alegría de Vivir sin Adicciones”, que incluye una lista de difusión para meditaciones y reflexiones diarias sobre el tema, esta semana recibí un video intitulado “La primavera no lo sabia” a propósito de lo que la consciencia colectiva mundial vive a raíz de la pandemia que azota al planeta.

Y en otro grupo especializado donde diariamente suben reflexiones profundas e inspiradoras, subieron este pensamiento que llegó como anillo al dedo de lo que hoy quería expresar a mis lectores, adictos, codependientes y personas que siguen mis artículos semanales.

“Antes de decidir debemos asegurarnos que estamos en calma y con un alto poder de conexión con las circunstancias. El miedo a equivocarnos augura errores y apresuramiento en la determinación, con cierta predisposición a reaccionar fuera de los márgenes aconsejables.

El equilibrio entre el apresuramiento y la ralentización marca la diferencia entre ser seguro o vivir en la desconfianza y el miedo”, Joaquina Fernández.

Agradezco a la persona que lo compartió, a quien le doy el crédito aunque no ponga su nombre, porque me parece que de eso se trata la comunicación virtual, cuando decide ser constructiva, de quedarnos con lo positivo y multiplicarlo y mantenernos en anonimato sin buscar protagonismos.

En esta frase, me quedo con la reflexión sobre la búsqueda del equilibrio entre el apresuramiento y la ralentización, para anclarse y estar bien plantados como sugería mi artículo del domingo pasado.

La diferencia entre lo que está en mis manos cambiar y lo que no, a consciencia, como invita la oración de la serenidad que usan los grupos de 12 pasos, es algo de lo que cuando cunde el pánico y la histeria colectiva, debemos buscar de forma individual en el fondo de nuestra esencia.

Procuremos estar observantes, analicemos bien lo que está pasando y tomemos decisiones saludables que contribuyan a nuestra plenitud y sobriedad en todo sentido.
